First and foremost I would like to thank you for this opportunity to serve you in whatever food service you may need. I do not treat opportunity to serve lightly. A cornerstone to my service as a chef is rooted in four things - working in a state of joyfulness, going the extra mile with selfless service; respect of your time, energy, and space; and creating really healthy and delicious meals that make your body, mind, and soul sing with joy!

Over the last 6 years as a professional chef, I have spent 5 of them working as the head chef at the famous Palomar Mountain Observatory working under the California Institute of Technology. My main day to day work constituted working as a personal chef and managing a small team on certain days of the week. Alongside that, I ran the catering operations and managed a team when we had bigger events.

At this point in my career I am humbled to say I am a dang good chef and I am deeply grateful to serve anyone who is connected to my energy and my food.

Serving is a complete honor. To me it isn't about just making food that taste good. It is about making food that is nurturing to the body, mind, and soul..
